Jonatan Ferrandiz-Sala is an international entrepreneur and businessman with 25 years of experience in law, supply chain, and finance, leadership, and banking consulting. He has worked with professionals from over 30 nationalities in Alicante, Barcelona, Chicago, Dusseldorf, Hamburg, London, Madrid, and Milan, which experience motivated him to start a successful career as an international entrepreneur.
Jon is currently the President and co-founder of Kontrola. He is also the CEO, CFO, and one of the Board members of Unilogic, a Supply Chain/Warehousing company that he co-founded in 2016 and which, together with an incredible team, he helped to grow over 1900% within 5 years. Unilogic has been included in the INC 5000 two years in a row and in the Chicago’s Fast 50 list consolidating its positions as one of the fastest-growing companies in the United States in the last decade. Jon is also part of the Board of the Harvard Extension Student Association
Having worked in several countries and with hundreds of professionals, Jon strongly believes that industrial transformation is only possible when companies focus on getting the best out of all the people with whom they interact daily. For that reason, as a Harvard alumni and ALB degree candidate, Jon is pursuing a master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology (IOP).
Jon is also certified in Professional Communication by Harvard and has a CORe Credential of Readiness in Business Analytics, Economics, and Financial Accounting by Harvard Business School Online.

Lucia Ferrandiz is a student and part-time employee with 3 years of experience in billing and bookkeeping. Her drive, ambition, and motivation allow her to fully apply herself at any given job and dedicate time and care to specific tasks all while being efficient.
Lucia is currently employed at Kontrola Inc. where she works as an AP & AR analyst and Bookkeeper. She is currently getting her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Elmhurst University and has prospects of achieving a master’s in finance. Having lived in Spain and the US, she is proficient in various languages including Spanish, English, and French.
Dealing with many people daily, whether at school or work, Lucia has great communication skills and is keenly focused on making all interactions with clients and in day-to-day communications clear and effective.
